The short version: this website only uses analytics if you say yes, we never sell your data, and we don’t show ads.
This policy covers this website: the pages that describe twyk. The twyk app itself, where you sign in with Google and build, save and share models, handles your account and designs as described in its account and privacy help. Questions about either: support@twyk.me.
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages people visit, which buttons they click, and where visitors came from (such as a link in a video description). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information such as your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you view.
We never send your email address or any form contents to analytics.
If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again.
The contact form opens your own email app with your message filled in; nothing is sent until you press send there. When you email us, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply and to help with your request.
You can change your analytics choice at any time with the button above, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@twyk.me.
twyk.me is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
